The Exothermics Inc. Plate Exchanger (SP/HP or SW/HW design) is a fully welded, counter flow, plate exchanger constructed of 304L, 316L or other high temperature alloy. The Exothermics plate exchanger is a field and time proven design, using a proprietary, sinusoidal stamped plate with either 1/2" or 3/8" plate spacing. The exchanger is constructed with a combination of State of the Art proprietary and patented weld techniques.

The Exothermics plate exchanger is available in three (3) different lengths providing effectiveness from 45% to as high as 80% +. Various heights and a multitude of widths are available to meet most application requirements for space, effectiveness and pressure drop.

Designed exclusively for the Industrial Market, the Exothermics Stainless Steel plate exchanger has been used extensively by Industrial End-Users and Original Equipment Manufacturers since 1980. Specified in the Automotive Industry, the product has provided over 15 years of trouble free service. In addition, the Exothermics plate exchanger has been successfully used in the Environmental Industry as both a fume pre heater as well as an air pre heater on catalytic incinerators. As well as pre coolers on condensing vapor recovery systems and solvent recovery systems.
